Passport / Visa Photo 可以修图吗？Can passport and visa photos be retouched?
Passport / Visa Photo 主要用于官方身份识别，因此我们不会进行过度修图或改变个人特征的处理，以确保照片保持自然并符合用途。Passport and visa photos need to remain suitable for official identification. We avoid excessive retouching or changes that may affect your natural appearance or identity.
Passport Photo 会不会无法通过 AI / biometric detection？Will my passport photo pass AI or biometric detection?
官方证件照及 biometric system 主要用于身份识别，因此照片需要真实呈现您的外貌。我们会注重灯光、角度、位置及规格，而不是过度修图。Official photo requirements and biometric systems are designed to verify identity, so the photo should accurately represent your natural appearance. 毕业照可以带家人一起拍吗？Can my family join the graduation photoshoot?

毕业照可以带宠物吗？Can I bring my pet to the graduation photoshoot?

拍毕业照应该穿什么？What should I wear for my graduation photos?

全家福最多可以多少人一起拍？How many people can join a family photoshoot?
人数根据所选择的配套及摄影棚空间而定。如果是大家庭，建议咨询时先告诉我们总人数，我们可以协助安排适合的拍摄方式。The number of people depends on the selected package and studio setup. If you have a larger family, let us know the number of people when enquiring so we can recommend the most suitable arrangement.
小孩会算成人数吗？Are children counted as adults in the package?
不同 Family Package 的人数计算方式可能有所不同。您可以告诉我们成人及小孩的人数，我们可以协助确认。Package rules may differ depending on the selected family package. Please let us know the total number of adults and children so we can confirm the appropriate arrangement.
同一次拍摄可以拍不同组合吗？Can we take different family group combinations?

Professional Portrait / Headshot 是用于展现个人职业形象的照片，常用于 LinkedIn、公司网站、企业资料、个人品牌及职业用途。A professional portrait is a photograph designed to present you professionally for purposes such as LinkedIn, company profiles, websites, corporate materials, personal branding and professional introductions.
摄影师会指导 Pose 吗？Will the photographer guide my posing?
会。拍摄过程中，摄影师会指导您的姿势、站位及表情。您不需要事先懂得如何摆 Pose。Yes. Our photographer will guide you through posing, positioning and expressions during the session. You do not need to know how to pose beforehand.
是摄影师拍摄还是自拍馆？Is the photoshoot done by a photographer or is it self-service?
我们的 Professional Portrait 是由摄影师进行拍摄，并会在过程中指导您完成拍摄。Our professional portrait sessions are conducted with a photographer who guides you throughout the session.
可以自己带服装吗？Can I bring my own outfit?

多久可以收到照片？How soon will I receive my photos?
照片交付时间根据拍摄服务及配套而定。如果配套包含快速交付，具体时间会在配套资料中注明。Delivery time depends on the selected service and package. For services with fast delivery, the estimated turnaround time will be stated in the package information.
